Once installed, the engine runs a loop: it generates content ideas inside your brand rules → drafts scripts and posts → produces the media (voice, images, video as your plan includes) → queues everything in your approval system → publishes what you approve, on schedule, to your connected platforms → repeats. Your job shrinks to approving batches and reading a monthly summary.
Platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (via Meta Business), and Google Business — per your selected plan. Quantities: 20 videos per month (Tier 1) · 40 videos per month (Tier 2) · 60 videos per month (Tier 3). The first content batch delivered at milestone 5 is 10 pieces, whichever plan you pick. When the monthly plan is charged: the first monthly charge is on your launch date — the day we confirm launch, after the $1,000 setup balance is paid — then on the same calendar day each month. Your subscription is authorized at launch, not at the initial $2,000 checkout. Cancel the monthly plan online any time before your next renewal date — no call, no meeting, no notice period; cancelling stops your next renewal and service continues to the end of the paid period. No other fees, and third-party AI usage costs are included in your monthly price — not passed through, not billed at cost, never a separate charge. No fees hidden in the refund process either.
Your $2,000 initial payment is credited toward the $3,000 setup fee. It is fully refundable until Growth Point Studio confirms in writing that installation work has begun. Once work begins, completed milestones become non-refundable, while any unearned portion remains eligible for a refund according to the service agreement. The remaining $1,000 setup balance is due before launch. Your selected monthly plan is separate.
"Work begins" means one specific thing: your payment succeeded, you accepted the agreement, we received your onboarding info, and we sent you a written confirmation that installation work has started. FAQ
Do I really never have to get on a call?
Correct. Purchase, onboarding, approvals, support, cancellation — all online, all in writing. We're a faceless studio by design; everything comes from Growth Point Studio, in writing, where you can re-read it later. If your situation needs discussion, it happens over written messages with a stated response timeline of two business days.
Is the $2,000 a non-refundable deposit?
No. It's an initial payment credited toward the $3,000 setup fee, and it's fully refundable until we confirm in writing that installation work has begun. After that, refunds follow the milestone math above — completed milestones are earned, everything else comes back to you.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
An online form — link is in every email we send and on the policy page. No call, no retention script. We confirm receipt, send you the milestone calculation in writing, and refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post refunds 5–10 business days after we initiate.
How do you access my accounts? Do you need my passwords?
Never passwords. We use each platform's official mechanism: channel permissions on YouTube (via Google), partner access through Meta Business for Instagram and Facebook, TikTok's authorization, and Google Business profile access. Each request comes with a written explanation of why it's needed — and you can revoke any of it yourself, anytime, from your own account settings.
What if I cancel the monthly plan?
Cancel online anytime. It stops the next renewal; you keep service through the period you paid for. No partial-month refund when you cancel — but if we fail to deliver a period you paid for, we refund the unearned portion.
Will this get me X views or Y customers?
We don't know, and neither does anyone else selling content services. What we commit to is the machine: built, installed, tested, documented, and posting on schedule. Our own channels are public — judge the output quality there.

What if you can't finish my installation?
