AI Shorts Operating System
A ready-to-install short-form video automation system. You get the complete guide, the configuration template, the workflows and your own render service — and you run them on your own accounts, with a human approval step before anything is published.
API, platform and hosting charges are not included, and are paid directly to your providers.
See what it needs, then buyA five-stage production system.
Each stage hands off to the next. Stage 4 is a human approval gate, and nothing reaches a platform without passing through it.
Strategy, planning & scheduling
Decides when to produce, opens one run per slot, prevents duplicates, and refuses to start a video whose projected cost exceeds your per-video cap — before anything is bought.
Topic research & selection
Researches candidates with two independent models, removes anything you have covered before, enforces a minimum number of sources, then scores and picks.
Content generation & rendering
Script, originality gate, narration, caption timing, scenes, images, optional motion, audio — then your own render service produces the file and hands it off to Google Drive.
Human approval & revision
The approval step runs over Telegram: you review, then approve or send it back. There is a revision loop with a hard limit. Nothing publishes without passing through here.
Publishing & performance feedback
Publishes through Zernio or your own endpoint — or simulates the whole path without posting — then measures at 1, 3, 7 and 30 days and turns that into recommendations.
One ZIP. Everything in it.
126 files, 1.31 MB. Nothing to subscribe to, and nothing that phones home.
The complete guide
A 49-page guide covering installation, running the system day to day, costs and control, quality, safety, rights and compliance, measurement, troubleshooting and extension.
Configuration & tracking template
A Google Sheets configuration and tracking workbook that acts as your control panel, with its schema, a worked example and a validator that checks your settings before you spend anything.
13 n8n workflows
Five main workflows and eight utilities — planner, health check, config validator, dry-run harness, diagnostics, failure alerts, analytics backfill and the Telegram command router. All import inactive.
Private Railway renderer source
The full source of the render service you deploy yourself, with deployment guides. It is your service on your infrastructure — there is no shared endpoint.
Strategy blueprints & prompts
Nine ready channel formats, a 44-question questionnaire that defines your channel, and six AI setup prompts (Claude and ChatGPT versions) that turn your answers into working configuration.
Telegram approval workflow
The review-and-approve step, with reference-image support so your own images can anchor what gets generated, and rendering plus the Google Drive handoff already wired.
Simulated-safe publishing
The Zernio publishing setup ships simulated-safe: it runs the full path and posts nothing until you deliberately enable publishing.
Documentation for the awkward parts
Installation, security, cost, troubleshooting and testing documentation — including a clean-test procedure that proves the system works before it costs you anything.
Two test suites
The buyer clean-room suite and the renderer suite both ship with the package, so you can verify your own install rather than take our word for it.
Nothing posts, and nothing spends, until you say so.
- Every workflow imports inactive. Importing the package changes nothing on any account.
- runtime.test_mode is true by default, and publishing is disabled. Two independent settings must both be changed before anything reaches a platform.
- You can run the whole system end to end, repeatedly, at zero cost using the dry-run harness, before connecting a single paid provider.
- A human approval gate sits in front of publishing, and a per-video cost cap sits in front of generation.
- Your credentials live in your own n8n instance and nowhere else. Nothing in the package asks for a key, and nothing in it contains one.
The $499 is the software. The running costs are yours.
These are estimates built from provider prices checked on 25 August 2026 — not quotes, and not a projection of what you will spend. Provider pricing changes frequently, and re-checking it is your ongoing responsibility. The full workings ship with the package.
| If you run | Expect roughly | Per video |
|---|---|---|
| 8 still-image videos per month | $30 – $45 per month | around $3.75 |
| 20 still-image videos per month | $40 – $60 per month | around $2.00 |
| 30 still-image videos per month | $55 – $75 per month | around $2.10 |
| 30 image-to-video videos per month | $150 – $220 per month | around $5.20 |
| 60 still-image videos per month | $115 – $145 per month | around $2.15 |
| 90 still-image videos, three channels | $150 – $190 per month | around $1.80 |
Adding motion roughly triples to quintuples the monthly bill, and it is optional. Failed and retried generations cost money, so a first month typically runs 10–20% over these figures while you tune prompts. Set a hard spending cap at every provider that offers one.
What this needs from you — and who should not buy it.
This section is here so that nobody buys this expecting something it is not. If anything below is a dealbreaker, please do not buy it. That is a completely reasonable outcome.
You will need
- An n8n account — cloud or self-hosted — and a Google account.
- Accounts with the AI providers you choose, paid directly by you.
- Willingness to deploy a small rendering service (Railway or local). The instructions are step by step, but it is a real task.
- Roughly 2–4 hours of hands-on setup to a first dry run, and longer to a first published video.
- Comfort following technical instructions. No coding is required.
- A desktop browser. Setup does not work on a phone or tablet alone.
Do not buy this if
- You cannot comfortably afford $30–$65 per month in provider charges on top of the $499, indefinitely, with no guarantee of return.
- You are expecting guaranteed income, monetization or views. None are promised.
- You want a done-for-you service. Nobody sets this up for you.
- You are not willing to open developer accounts or handle API keys.
- You want to publish with no human review.
- You intend to copy a specific creator’s channel, character, voice or brand.
- You need guaranteed compatibility with a particular platform’s API in perpetuity. Platform APIs change, and nobody can guarantee a third party’s roadmap.
- You are somewhere the required providers are unavailable. Check with each provider first.
What is included after you buy.
12 months of updates
Every 1.x release for twelve months from your purchase date, through the same purchase-authenticated download page you use for your first download.
30 days of written support
Asynchronous support by email at info@growthpointstudio.com for 30 days from purchase. Written questions, written answers.
No calls, no custom installation
There are no setup calls, live sessions or screen shares, and no custom installation — none of these are part of this purchase at any price.
Questions worth asking first.
- Is this a course?
- No. There is no teaching component, no lessons, no cohort, no instructor and no certificate. You are buying working software and its documentation, and you install and operate it yourself.
- Is this a hosted service?
- No. Nothing runs on our infrastructure. The workflows run in your own n8n account and the renderer runs on infrastructure you deploy and pay for. There is no shared endpoint, and nothing phones home.
- Do I need to code?
- No. You do need to be comfortable following technical instructions, opening developer accounts and handling API keys.
- Will I make money?
- We do not know, and neither does anyone else. No views, revenue, monetization eligibility, platform acceptance or virality is guaranteed, promised or implied. This system automates production; it does not automate an audience, and producing videos is not the same as growing one.
- Can I use it for client work, or resell it?
- No. The Creator License covers one purchaser or one business and up to three channels you own. Client use, resale, redistribution, sharing source files, sublicensing and white-label resale are all excluded.
- Which providers does it work with?
- The package documents the providers it ships configured for, and the provider adapters make swapping easier. Compatibility with every provider, or with any provider’s future API, is not something we can promise.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because this is an immediately accessible digital product, purchases are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We refund a duplicate charge, a failure to provide access, a materially defective or corrupted package we cannot replace or repair within a reasonable time, and anything required by applicable law. Requests go to info@growthpointstudio.com and are paid to the original payment method.
